Barrington Homes LLC is a custom home builder serving the North Hills of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. The Site provides general information about our company, communities, available homes, and services. Real estate sales are coordinated through the Heinauer Sales Team of Keller Williams Realty.

2. No Offer of Real Property

The Site and any related links do not constitute an offer to sell real property. Offers to sell real property may be made and accepted only in writing through the Heinauer Sales Team of Keller Williams Realty. Information contained on the Site is intended to be informative only. It does not constitute a representation or warranty with regard to any Barrington home, community, or any products or services provided by us. All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate and should be independently verified.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about our homes, communities, and services. You agree not to:

7. Pricing and Availability

Any prices, lots, plans, specifications, features, or availability shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. Square footages, dimensions, and renderings are approximate. Final pricing, terms, and specifications are determined in a written agreement signed by both parties through the Heinauer Sales Team of Keller Williams Realty.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to its own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised effective date and will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination
